I would like to applaud the ingenuity and professionalism of Crystal and Nguyet...Everyone who has worked with Crystal and Nguyet are in awe of these amazing young ladies and their skills. We are certainly in their debt and I have no hesitation in recommending them for future opportunities where companies or individuals are looking for professional and dynamic design services.

what is it? : TAPESTREA (or taps) is a unified framework for interactively analyzing, transforming and synthesizing complex sounds. Given one or more recordings, it provides well-defined means to:
identify points of interest in the sound and extract them into reusable templates
transform sound components independently of the background and/or other events
continually resynthesize the background texture in a perceptually convincing manner
controllably place event templates over backgrounds, using a novel graphical user interface and/or scripts written in the ChucK audio programming language

Taps provides a new way to completely transform a sound scene, dynamically generate soundscapes of unlimited length, and compose and design sound by combining elements from different recordings. Tailored for sound designers, audio researchers, composers, and anyone interested in experimenting with sound.

Research your fishes' "natural setting" requirements. Making your fishes "feel at home" should be your primary concern. Read reference books and go online. Study the different habitat requirements of all the species in your tank. If you have nocturnal species, you'll need to provide caves and dark corners. Schooling fishes will need adequate open space, while territorial ones will need boundaries and markers. Visit your local pet stores. What do they have? What are the latest tank decoration products? Browse the store's aquarium displays for ideas. Consider using a combination of elements like live or artificial plants, driftwood, rocks, slate, clay pots and plastic or resin figures. Consider maintenance requirements. Some aquarium designs will require tougher maintenance than others. An intricate or complicated design might be difficult to keep clean, especially when algae grow in nooks and crannies and fish droppings gather on deeply recessed areas. Decide on a theme. Putting decorative elements together becomes easy when you have a theme with a focal point to guide you. You can design a castle island, a sunken pirate ship, a tropical jungle or whatever your favorite scenario is. Of course, you can recreate Amazonian forests or African lakes specifically for your fishes that originated there. Draft your design. It always helps to map out your tank layout on paper. You can design several options before you start buying décor. After you've bought the design elements, you can also "dry run" the layout before actually setting them into the tank.

The replacement of lost teeth and tooth-bearing tissues with implant-supported prostheses often forced both dentist and technician to choose removable overdentures because they were the only treatment modality possible. By means of a clinical case, this article demonstrates a new approach in framework design that not only expands the limitations of conventional ceramometal implant prostheses, but also eliminates a great number of the hazards that cause implant failure with a new type of suprastructure. The technique enables both the clinician and the technician to apply all of the esthetic possibilities of tooth-supported metal ceramic crown and bridge techniques. This technique combines screw and cementation retention without changing the original treatment protocol. A new casting technique introduced by Sonntag and a new specially developed alloy was used. Essentially, the reconstructive body has been broken down into a screw-retained soft tissue/bone-replacing part using a one-piece casting technique, and a crown-replacing part to be provisionally cemented with a large variety of new possibilities.
